How long do I have to complete my lessons, and when do they expire?
All lesson credits must be used within one year from the date of purchase. This policy complies with the Ministry of Transportation’s regulations, which require students to complete their Beginner Driver Education course within a year. We are unable to offer extensions beyond this period. Please schedule your lessons early to ensure you complete them within the allowed timeframe.
Should I take hourly lessons or the BDE course?
Full BDE courses are the fastest way to learn and allow you to get your G2 license in 8 months (4 months earlier than usual). You’ll also receive an insurance discount certificate—potentially saving up to 41% on car insurance—and gain a thorough understanding of the rules and regulations of the road.
How does the booking process work?
Booking your lessons is quick and simple:
1. Visit our booking page: Click the Book Now button or follow the link to our Square scheduling page.
2. Select your service: Choose the lesson, package, or course that best fits your needs.
3. Pick a time: Browse our real-time availability and select a date and time that works for you.
4. Confirm your booking: Enter your details, confirm your appointment, and you’ll receive a confirmation message right away.
5. Manage your lessons: You can log in anytime to reschedule or adjust your lessons—no need to call or text.
If you ever need help choosing a package or have questions before booking, just send us a message through the inquiry form. We’re happy to help you pick the right option.
Can I reschedule or cancel my lesson?
Flexibility is key to our service. You may reschedule lessons as often as needed, as long as changes are made at least 24 hours in advance.
If you must cancel within 24 hours, a valid doctor’s note is required (submitted within 30 days) to support the late cancellation.
For road tests, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Road tests require significant instructor time, so we ask for extra notice to make adjustments.

What is the refund policy?
At Driving Theory, we aim to provide the best learning experience possible. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined our refund process below:
• Eligibility: Refunds are available for lessons that have not been taken or started.
• Requesting a Refund: Email us at [your email] within 30 days of purchase. Requests made after 30 days cannot be processed.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be reviewed and processed within 5–10 business days. Funds will be returned to the original payment method.
• Non-Refundable Expenses: Completed lessons, administrative fees, or processing costs may be deducted from the total refund.
• Policy Updates: Driving Theory reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly to students.
